The new account picture will appear everywhere in your Windows 10 machine, like in the start menu, lock screen, settings app, official MS apps, etc. If you don’t like the current one, you can simply revert back to the old one with a single click. Helpfully, Windows 10 will show your previous pictures right next to your current user account image.
